Egg less chocolate cake

My 15 minute single bowl easy recipe to start my blog this end of summer day !!

Ingredients :
2 tea cups flour
1 tin condensed milk
2 tb spoon cocoa powder
3 tb spoon drinking chocolate
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
pinch of baking powder
200ml club soda
100 gms butter

This recipe uses club soda as an alternate to coke . Coke would give a richer deep colour.

Method to follow:

1. Melt butter without lumps
2. Mix with the condensed milk
3. Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix half of this into the above condensed milk-butter mix
4. Add the remaining half and pour the club soda and fold the mixture gently
5. Pour into a greased tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes .
